Wiggins Lockett Thompson are delighted to announce the completion of two deals at Stafford Park 4 in the centre of Stafford Park in Telford.
Hollinbrow, who occupied a single unit, have now doubled the size of their operations and taken unit D3, alongside their existing unit D4, following works completed by the landlord.
Unit D2 has been taken by expanding specialist manufacturers LVS in a deal allowing them flexibility to expand and contract in the future.
Anthony Wiggins, who handled the letting on behalf of private clients, said “Stafford Park 4 has always been a high-performance investment and space in that this location does not stay vacant for very long. In fact, there is a waiting list for units fronting Stafford Park 4 which is testament to the investment we have advised our clients to undertake in keeping these units future proofed. Full capacity here, together with the lack of vacancies on other estates that we manage and let, is justifying the refurbishments we have overseen as rents increased through lack of supply. We urge companies needing space or with superfluous space requiring occupiers to get in touch with our company as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of their needs and requirements. Telford continues to grow, and we are proud to be part of that”.
