Wiggins Lockett Thompson are delighted to confirm that the final piece of the jigsaw has now slotted into place in relation to matters at Albion Road in West Bromwich.
Wiggins Lockett Thompson who initially acted for Konecranes in disposing of their circa 20,000 sq ft building, then acted for the purchaser in securing occupiers for surplus areas of the site, that being the offices at front and yardage at rear. The site is now in profitable use in its entirety and all companies occupying are reported to be trading very well.
Anthony Wiggins of Wiggins Lockett Thompson added, “This is a classic case of us knowing a property very well and being able to assist companies with an interest in that property in all aspects of what might be necessary on site from refurbishment, to letting and subsequent disposal. There is a distinct lack of space available in the market at present and anybody wishing to move from premises should not find they are struggling for potential occupiers, be they purchasers or new tenants. We would be delighted to be of assistance to any company in the area requiring advice on matters of this nature.”
