Wiggins Lockett Thompson have been instructed to dispose of three 5000 square foot units on Halesfield 23 in Telford. The units are all slightly different, suiting very different types of businesses and are available to purchase following the current occupier securing alternative space elsewhere in Telford.
Two of the units have immediately gone under offer, those being Units F5 and F7 leaving just Unit F6 which has an extended area of offices and a substantial commercial vehicle spray booth installed in the warehouse. Offers are being requested in the region of £235,000 for the premises subject to negotiation.
Anthony Wiggins who’s overseeing the disposals added,
“The speed at which Units F5 and F7 have been snapped up is indicative of the market we are in at present. Property continues to perform in the longer term and those with the ability to invest in bricks and mortar are taking advantage of purchase opportunities as soon as they come available. I would ask if any company or individual wishes to be kept abreast of new opportunities they contact us asap.”
Unit F5 is planned to be refurbished and put on the market by the new owner To Let in April 2019.
