Following an ongoing targeted marketing strategy, Wiggins Lockett Thompson have achieved full occupation at offices known as Radford House on Stafford Park.
The office premises that have been upgraded and refurbished steadily over the last few years with surplus offices owned by Kuhn Farm Machinery just off the M54 in Telford. Investment continues.
Anthony Wiggins who handled the marketing of the premises said,
“There were a few teething problems with the building, as is often the case when buildings are adapted for alternative purposes, but we overcame these and are delighted to have now achieved full occupation for our clients. The premises have been available on temporary basis for businesses moving to an area such as Telford for the first time. Space where businesses can “try the water” in a new market is a valuable asset to a local economy. We are pleased that a number of these projects have now been successful, and the occupiers have committed to longer terms.
There are a number of buildings in Telford that have been adapted in a similar vein and we would be pleased to advise any other businesses who have surplus space on how they can achieve income providing professional space in a similar way.
