Acting on behalf of the Epwin Group, Wiggins Lockett Thompson have completed the marketing and letting of 50,000 square feet on Stafford Park in Telford.
The building, a substantial warehouse, has been base of operations for part of Epwin’s manufacturing process for some years and they are relocating to a brand new built facility on Hortonwood in Telford, which is now nearing completion.
Anthony Wiggins said, “There was stiff competition for this unit over the last few months and we were pleased to provide Epwin with a shortlist of prospective new occupiers for their building, finally choosing a medical recycling company who have now taken possession of the building. Telford remains a popular and profitable location for a great number of regional companies and we are pleased to be able to provide further options for companies looking to relocate or expand into Telford, with another 60,000 square feet of warehouse space on Halesfield, known as Epic Park, where we are also overseeing a substantial expansion of Protolab’s operation as well."
