LVS Small plastic Parts Ltd, who operate out of several Stafford Park commercial units, are finding that their business is quickly expanding. As the 10,000 sq ft Unit D1 next door to one of theirs became available WLT began discussions with LVS to provide a solution. WLT enabled the surrender of their lease on the neighbouring unit and agreed terms with all parties for a new longer term agreement on both units allowing LVS to expand and invest.
