Acting on behalf of a number of private clients in Telford and the wider West Midlands, Anthony Wiggins who heads the Agency team at the property consultancy doesn’t spend his time just finding occupiers for his clients’ properties, but also finding properties for his clients too!
Currently hunting for a number of buildings, Anthony said, “I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a market as difficult as the one we’re in at present. The political climate has caused a great pause in both enquiries and new space coming to the market and it does indeed seem to be stagnating which is the worst possible sort of market for the aspect of what I do within Wiggins Lockett Thompson.
“Nonetheless, it seems that people who are in the market are more than prepared to do a deal and opportunities come out of a market like this that might otherwise not be available. With that in mind, we would be pleased to hear of anybody looking to sell or otherwise vacate circa 20,000 sq. ft of industrial unit in Telford or have a building they would consider subdividing to create this amount.
“Equally we have a significant number of enquiries for commercial premises of all sorts currently on our books who are becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of space available. It seems that if your space is ready for occupation and fairly priced, an occupier is available for you at present; we would be pleased to hear from you.”
