On top of a string of successful new tenants found for several of the units on Hortownwood 32, the management team at WLT have also completed several lease renewals for tenants on the site on behalf of the landlord. These deals see two tenants, Fuhr UK ltd and Viper Performance Hoses Ltd, who have already been on the site for approximately 10 years agree to extended terms.
Mark Lockett who oversaw these deals commented, “These units have proven themselves to be the perfect business location for many tenants. It remains that there is a preference for flexibility with three year leases which we are happy to agree to.
