The property currently occupied by Evoca UK Ltd will be available for occupiers to buy or lease very shortly following Evoca’s relocation to alternative premises in the area.

Interest in this property has been substantial from both occupier and residential redevelopment interest, but we feel that the property is likely to go to a local occupier due to the lack of opportunity to acquire premises of this nature in the area.”
