Expanding on the space they already occupied, Evolution Foods have now moved into an additional 2 units on the Hortonwood 32 Estate in Telford.
With the expansion of their business within the estate WLT were pleased to be able to retain a quality long term tenant on behalf of the landlord while also providing Evolution Foods with the ability to remain in their ideal location.
Both units had been fully refurbished during their period on the market and include integral offices on the first floor, allocated service areas and parking. WLT firmly believe these were some of the highest quality units of this size in the region and continue to oversee improvements on many of the properties we manage.
The completion of these units now sees the site filled to capacity, but WLT continue to receive enquiries for space of this kind.
